Strength set timer that counts your rest so you don't doomscroll

A no-nonsense rest timer for lifting. Hit enter when you rack the bar, it counts down your chosen rest, then nudges with a quiet pulse. Tracks set number and the round you're on. Big readable digits because squatting and squinting don't mix.
Vertical gain and grade for trail runs, no looking down at a watch
Current direction and slack-water countdown for sea kayak training
Power, cadence and zone from your bike's ANT+ bridge, glanceable

Per-exercise rest presets are coming, you'll set them once and it'll switch with the set. For now the up/down change does persist to the next set, just not across exercises. Glad the rack-to-start flow lands.
Can the rest length differ per exercise in one session? My squats want 3 min but accessory work only needs 60s, and right now changing it with up/down every set is a bit of a dance.
Hitting enter when I rack the bar instead of fumbling a phone is exactly it. The quiet pulse at zero is gentle enough that it doesn't jolt me mid-breath. Set counter caught me skipping a set yesterday, which I needed.
