Speaker notes that scroll themselves while you present

Load your talk notes, set a words-per-minute pace, and lines advance hands-free so you keep eye contact with the room. Up and down nudge the pace if you drift. Made it after fumbling through a demo squinting at my laptop.

Right now it only holds on Enter — no speech detection. Auto-pause on silence is the most-asked thing and I'm prototyping it off the mic VAD; for now a long hold parks it during laughs.
Nudging pace with up/down mid-sentence is clever, but 130 wpm felt fast for a technical demo — I drifted behind by card 4/22. A per-talk default pace I can set beforehand would save the live fiddling.
Setting a WPM and letting the cues advance hands-free is the whole reason I'd wear these on stage. Does the pace pause automatically if I stop talking, or only when I hold Enter? Pauses for laughs always wreck autoscroll for me.
